have put together this dental FAQ page to clarify some frequently asked
questions. We
hope the information provided will help resolve any questions you may have
in buying dental coverage from our company... as always, we look forward
to serving you and your family...
We offer several dental
programs throughout the U.S. depending upon the state you live in. There
is no waiting period for your dental coverage to begin and pre-existing
conditions are covered in most states and most plans start the next
business day.
However, most plans will not cover any "dental work" in progress
before entering the plan related to orthodontics. There is no maximum
benefit in most plans and you can go to the dentist as many times as you
need too... The dental programs
can only be ordered on-line via the internet.
Please note you will need a
valid credit card or bank account so the monthly invoice can be
automatically debited from the card or account you select "unless
you are paying for one year in advance".
** See the update
section below for the new one year paid in advance option. This does not
require a checking or credit card automatic withdrawal. This is not a pay
by bill program unless you pay one year in advance. You must have a credit
card or checking account to enroll in the dental program.

for the dental programs. You can then review the dental, vision and
prescription benefits (if available) in your state and find a local dental
office that will best serve you and your family. It is the only way to
properly locate a dental office in your area.
The program offers a good
choice of dental offices with dental benefits at rates as low as $9 a
month...In
most states we use Careington
International dental plan
(excluding: North & South Dakota; Vermont; Montana; Maine; Alaska;
Delaware). When you find a local dental office on our program please call
them to confirm they are accepting new patients. Be sure to mention the
dental program for your state as noted above.
Plan
Exclusions:
-
(1) "Dental
Work" in progress is not covered.

(2) Work in progress
after enrollment in the dental plan must be completed before selecting
another participating dentist.

(3) Any dental
procedures performed by a non-participating dentist are not covered.

(4) The dental Plan
cannot guarantee the continued participation of any dentist.

(5) Not all types of
dentists may by available in your area; you may have to travel to
receive care from a participating general dentist or specialist.

(6) Some providers may
charge for missed or broken appointments with no prior notice.

(7) Please verify that
the dentist is a participating provider when scheduling your
appointment.
